40068例女性乳腺彩超检查结果分析

Analysis ofthe diagnosis of breast color doppler ultrasound in 40068 women

目的了解江门市人民医院女性乳腺异常和恶性结果。方法收集2015—2020年江门市人民医院40068例女性乳腺彩超检查资料,其中体检者13638例,非体检者26430例,分析不同年龄不同年份女性乳腺异常结果和恶性结果检出率。结果非体检人群中异常结果5631例,占21.31%;恶性结果(BI-RADS分级5级)220例,占0.83%;不同年龄女性乳腺异常结果检出率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)_(趋势)=2.837,P=0.092)。随年龄增长,女性乳腺恶性结果检出率呈上升趋势(χ^(2)_(趋势)=319.091,P<0.001);不同年份女性乳腺异常结果和恶性结果检出率均呈上升趋势(χ^(2)_(趋势)=106.183,P<0.001;χ^(2)_(趋势)=12.181,P<0.001)。体检人群中异常结果1002例,恶性结果5例,体检人群异常结果和恶性结果检出率均显著低于非体检人群检出率(χ^(2)=1268.803,P<0.001,χ^(2)=102.009,P<0.001)。结论女性乳腺疾病筛查状况不容乐观,有待于进一步加强。

Objective To understand the abnormal and malignant results of female breast in the People’s Hospital of Jiangmen.Methods The color Doppler ultrasound examination data of 4068 women in the People’s Hospital of Jiangmen from 2015 to 2020 were collected,including 13638 physical examiners and 26430 non physical examiners.The detection rates of abnormal and malignant breast results of women of different ages and years were analyzed.Results Among the non-physical examination population,there were 5631 abnormal results,accounting for 21.31%,and 220 malignant results(BI-RADS grade 5),accounting for 0.83%.There was no significant relationship between abnormal results and age(χ^(2)_(trend)=2.837,P=0.092),the detection rate of malignant results increased with age(χ^(2)_(trend)=319.091,P<0.001).The detection rates of abnormal and malignant results of female breast in different years showed an upward trend(χ^(2)_(trend)=106.183,P<0.001;χ^(2)_(trend)=12.181,P<0.001).There were 1002 abnormal results and 5 malignant results in the physical examination group.The detection rates of abnormal results and malignant results in the physical examination group were all significantly lower than those in the non-physical examination group(χ^(2)=1268.803,P<0.001,χ^(2)=102.009,P<0.001).Conclusion The screening status of female breast diseases in this region is not optimistic and needs to be further strengthened.
