核心素养视角下青少年生涯教育课程构建的探索与实践——基于上海市D区青少年生涯课程构建的行动研究

摘要 新高考改革背景下,高中生涯教育研究成为推进高中育人方式改革、立德树人、促进青少年发展的研究焦点。新高考呼吁更加以人为本、个性化的生涯教育,并积极响应从“知识中心”向“能力中心”转变的育人理念,围绕教育部提出的核心素养要点,培育能够适应终身发展和社会发展的青少年。本研究主要以上海市D区的高中生涯教育为切入点,在对D区高中生涯教育现状进行调查的基础上,结合核心素养观构建青少年生涯教育课程,主要关注如何通过生涯认知、生涯准备、生涯探索等学习步骤,开展核心素养视角下的青少年生涯教育行动研究,并考察行动研究的效果,提出相应的对策和建议,旨在对学校生涯教育课程的构建有所启示,提高青少年生涯规划能力和动力,培育学生的核心素养。
