大空区连续充填的挡墙参数优化方法及应用 被引量:1

摘要 对于采用阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法的矿山,空区体积较大时需采取连续充填方式,充填料浆进入空区后随着时间的推移会呈现不同的状态,不同区段对挡墙的作用力也不同。以某铜矿为例,采用3种不同方法对其充填挡墙参数进行了计算和优化,结果表明:可将挡墙原50 cm厚钢筋混凝土结构优化为40 cm厚素混凝土结构,现场应用效果良好,未发生挡墙垮塌、漏浆事故,不仅缩短了施工时间,还取得了显著的经济效益。该计算方法可为其他类似矿山充填挡墙参数设计提供参考。 The continuous filling method was required to be applied in sublevel open stoping with subsequent filling in a large mined-out area.The filling slurry entering the goaf presented different status with the time,and the forces on the retaining wall varied from section to section.Taking a copper mine as an example,three approaches to calculation of the parameters of the filling retaining wall were employed.The results indicated that the structure of the retaining wall should be changed from reinforced concrete with a thickness of 50 cm into the plain concrete with a thickness of 40 cm for better practical application.In addition,neither collapse nor slurry leakage happened to the retaining wall.As a result,remarkable economic performance was achieved with the shorten construction term.The calculation method can be provided for reference when parameters of filling retaining wall in other similar mines are to be designed.
