摘要
终身学习能力是促进医学生自我发展与职业发展紧密契合的复合型能力,受认知能力、学习策略、综合素养等因素的影响。通过调查分析,本研究构建了医学生终身学习能力指标体系,其中包括6个一级指标和51个二级指标。6个一级指标,即适变能力、思维品质、临床基本能力、自我管理、合作能力和责任意识,彼此之间存在着相互支持和相互促进的关系,其中思维品质和临床基本能力居于核心地位。本研究旨在为实施医学生终身学习能力评价与培养提供参考,为医学生的可持续发展奠定基础。
Life-long learning ability is a compound ability that promotes medical students’self-development and career development,and is affected by cognitive ability,learning strategies,and comprehensive literacy.Through investigation and analysis,this study constructed the index system of lifelong learning ability of medical students,including 6 first-level indicators and 51 secondary indicators,constructed by adaptability,thinking pathway,basic clinical ability,self-management,cooperative ability and sense of responsibility.There is a relationship of mutual support and promotion among the 6 first-level indicators.Among them,thinking pathway and clinical basic ability are occupied the core position in the lifelong learning ability system of medical students.The purpose of this study is to provide a reference basis for the evaluation and training of life-long learning ability of medical talents,and to empower the sustainable development of medical students.
