世茂深港国际中心商业MALL复杂结构分析与设计

摘要 世茂深港国际中心商业MALL存在多项不规则项,属于超限高层复杂商业建筑。该项目主体采用钢筋混凝土框架结构;采用天然地基独立基础+精轧螺纹钢抗浮锚杆作为主要基础形式,辅以钻孔灌注桩,以应对岩面起伏大、存在岩溶发育的岩溶地基等复杂地质情况;抗震设计中采用性能化设计方法,保证结构在小震下完全处于弹性阶段,并提出主要构件在中震、大震下作用下的性能要求,采用不同分析软件进行了弹性、弹塑性的计算,抗震性能目标达到C级;对超长楼盖温度应力、大跨度楼盖舒适度、钢结构天窗、超级碗结构单体进行结构专项分析与设计,确保结构的合理性和安全性,满足建筑功能与效果。 Shimao Shen Gang International Center Commercial Mall has a number of irregular overcode features,which belongs to overcode complex commercial tall buildings.The main structure of the project adopts reinforced concrete frame structure.The foundation adopts the natural foundation of natural foundation&finish rolled screw thread steel anti floating anchor,and supplemented by bored pile,to cope with karst ground and other complex geological conditions.The performance-based design method is adopted in the seismic design,the structure remains completely elastic under small earthquakes,various calculation programs is adopted to calculate the elastic and elastic-plastic properties of key components under the action of moderate and large earthquakes,the seismic performance target reaches grade C.The temperature stress of super long floor,the comfort performance of long span floor,steel structure skylight and super bowl structure are analyzed and designed to ensure the rationality and safety of the structure and satisfy specified building functions and pexformances.
