松潘县特色农业发展现状分析及建议

Analysis and Suggestions on the Development of Characteristic Agriculture in Songpan County

我国在向现代化强国迈进的过程中,发展特色农业意义重大,将成为影响新时期农业结构战略性调整的关键。松潘县历史悠久、文化璀璨,是川西北的旅游中心,近几年牢牢把握乡村振兴战略提供的农业供给侧体制改革新契机,加快创新产业发展路径,调整和优化资源配置,大力发展极具优势的特色农业产业。但起步较晚,仍需要不断完善,提高经济效益。结合松潘县人民政府、农牧局等各级部门工作报告中有关特色农业发展的资料,以及国内有关特色农业的文献,总结了松潘县特色农业生产现状,并为解决当地农业生产以及特色农产品开发面临的问题提出建议。

In the process of China’s modernization,the development of characteristic agriculture is of great significance and will become the key to the strategic adjustment of agricultural structure in the new era.Songpan,with a long history and brilliant culture,is a tourism center in Northwest Sichuan.In recent years,it has firmly grasped the new opportunity of agricultural supply-side system reform provided by the rural revitalization strategy,accelerated the innovation of industrial development path,adjusted and optimized the allocation of resources,and vigorously developed the characteristic agricultural industry with great advantages.However,it still needs continuous improvement to increase economic benefit.Based on the data on the development of characteristic agriculture in the work reports of the People’s Government of Songpan County,the Bureau of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry and other departments at all levels,as well as the domestic references on characteristic agriculture,this paper summarizes the current situation of characteristic agricultural production in Songpan County,and puts forward suggestions for the problems faced by local agricultural production and the development of characteristic agricultural products.
