行车取力发电系统设计及控制策略

摘要 随着车载上装设备增多,其用电需求向高电压、高功率方向发展,介绍了一种车载发电系统--行车取力发电系统,与PTO驻车取力方式相比,具有不影响驾驶操作的优势。本文说明该系统基本需求,系统组成及工作原理,主要部件基本参数设计,主要论述发电控制策略及算法,在研制过程中能量分配的关键问题和相应的控制策略,最后整套系统搭载整车道路试验验证并通过测试。对车载行车发电控制设计具有指导意义。 With the increase in on-board equipment,the demand for electricity is developing towards high voltage and high power.The article introduces an on-board power generation system,the driving power take-off power generation system.Compared with the PTO parking power take-off method,it dose not effect on driving operations.This article explains the basic requirements of the system,system composition and working principle,the basic parameter design of main components.It discusses the power generation control strategy and algorithm,the key issues of energy distribution in the development process and the corresponding control strategy,and finally the whole system is equipped with the whole vehicle road test,passed the test.It has guiding significance for the design of on-vehicle driving power generation control.
