摘要
开关柜凝露问题是我国电力行业的一个关键问题。通常在实际工作中,主要应对方法有加装除湿装置、改善密封完备性与通风条件。但这些方法对凝露问题的改善作用有一定的局限性。随着制造技术和计算机模拟计算能力的发展,近年来对于应用于凝露和污秽工况的在役设备技术升级、新设备研制和性能检测方法有了更深入的研究。着重总结了开关柜及其内部关键绝缘件凝露问题控制的研究进展,并对华南地区的开关柜凝露问题提出了一些建议。
The condensation problem of switchgear is one of those key problems in China’s electric power industry.In practice,regular solutions are to install dehumidifiers,improve seal performance and ventilation condition.However,the effect is limited,and the condensation problem can only be improved to a certain extent.With the development of manufacturing and computer aided simulation in recent years,there have been more in-depth studies on the technical upgrading of in-service equipment,new equipment development and performance testing methods applied to condensation and pollution conditions.Some research progress in condensation control in switchgear and on its internal key insulating parts were summarized,and a little comments on the condensation problem of switchgear in South China were put forward.
