摘要 针对混合动力车辆的动力性能受限于驱动系统和续驶里程受限于动力系统的问题,分析了某型号三轴驱动混合动力车辆驱动电机的特性及能量回收控制策略,根据该混合动力车辆的制动性能和行驶工况要求,搭建了能够实现主动刹车、被动刹车的制动能量回收模型,并将该型号三轴驱动混合动力车辆的制动能量回收模型的仿真结果与实车测试结果相比较,两者结果一致,验证了仿真模型的正确性。通过优化整车控制模型、整车动力匹配模型、电池模型和电动机模型,建立了多轮制动车辆能量回收仿真系统,使系统在满足多种制动型式切换的要求下,对制动力进行合理地分配。为进一步分析和研究混动车辆的制动能量回收奠定基础。 Aiming at the problem that the power performance of hybrid electric vehicle is limited by the driving system and the driving range is limited by the power system,the characteristics and energy recovery control strategy of the driving motor of a three-axis drive hybrid electric vehicle were analyzed.According to the braking performance and driving condition requirements of the hybrid electric vehicle,a braking energy recovery model which could realize active braking and passive braking was established,the simulation results of the braking energy recovery model of the three-axis drive hybrid vehicle were compared with the test results of the real vehicle,and the two results were consistent,which verified the correctness of the simulation model.By optimizing the vehicle control model,vehicle power matching model,battery model and motor model,a multi wheel braking vehicle energy recovery simulation system was established,so that the system could reasonably distribute the braking force under the requirements of various braking types.It lays a foundation for further analysis and research on braking energy recovery of hybrid vehicles.
