摘要
依据GB/T10863《烟道式余热锅炉热工试验方法》,采用正平衡法对一台水泥窑余热锅炉(窑头AQC锅炉和窑尾SP锅炉)进行运行工况的余热利用率测试并计算。首先,简述了世界能源短缺的问题,提出了推广节能设备的必要性;其次,介绍了该台水泥窑余热锅炉的双压系统概况;进而论述研究了该台水泥窑余热锅炉余热利用率测试的测试项目、测点位置以及所用的仪器仪表设备,建立了水泥窑余热锅炉余热利用率计算数学模型,根据试验数据和数学模型计算出了该台余热锅炉的余热利用率;最后,将该台水泥窑余热锅炉(窑头AQC锅炉和窑尾SP锅炉)试验数据与设计数据进行比较分析,研究结果表明,该窑头AQC锅炉的余热利用率试验数值与设计热效率值相差3.60%,窑尾SP锅炉余热利用率试验数值与设计热效率值相差9.40%,均相差在10%以内,余热利用率较高。
According to GB/T10863 thermal test method for flue heat recovery boiler,the waste heat utilization ratio of a cement kiln(AQC boiler and SP boiler)was measured and calculated by positive balance method.The problem of energy shortage in the world was briefly described,and the necessity of popularizing energy-saving equipment was put forward.The double pressure system of waste heat boiler in the cement kiln was introduced.Furthermore,the test items,position of test points and the instruments and instruments used in the test of the waste heat utilization ratio of the waste heat boiler of the cement kiln were discussed and studied,a mathematical model for calculating the waste heat utilization ratio of the waste heat boiler of cement kiln was established,and the waste heat utilization ratio of the boiler was calculated according to the test data and the mathematical model.Finally,the experimental data and design data of the waste heat boiler(AQC at the kiln head and SP at the kiln tail)were compared and analyzed.The results show that the difference between the test value and the design value of heat efficiency of AQC boiler is 3.60%,there is 9.40%difference between the experimental value of waste heat utilization ratio and the designed value of heat efficiency of SP boiler at kiln tail,within 10%of each other,and the waste heat utilization ratio is higher.
