高低温条件下双柱式隔离开关机械性能研究

摘要 为了研究高低温条件下,隔离开关机械性能的变化状态,以双柱式隔离开关为研究对象,建立有限元仿真模型,首先进行常温状态下,双柱式隔离开关关键件的应力及变形情况,然后,以此常温状态为基准,研究双柱式隔离开关关键零部件应力及变形随温度变化情况,通过仿真结果可知,随着温度变化,关键件应力及变形均发生改变,且上部导电管变形量最大,并以上部导电管为试验测试对象,进行应力试验研究。通过试验研究可知,上部导电管所选的测试点应力值与仿真结果误差小于10%,验证了仿真分析结果的准确性,因此,通过建立有限元仿真模型进行高低温条件下双柱式隔离开关机械性能的仿真分析,避免了恶劣环境条件下试验的局限性,为隔离开关相关性能的分析及出现故障时的故障排除,且进一步优化和提高隔离开关的性能提供技术支持。 In order to study the change state of mechanical properties of disconnector under high and low temperature conditions,taking double column disconnector as the research object,a finite element simulation model was established.Firstly,the stress and deformation of key parts of double column disconnector under normal temperature were carried out.Based on the normal temperature state,the change of stress and deformation of key parts of double column disconnector with temperature was studied.The simulation results show that the stress and deformation of key parts change with temperature,and the deformation of upper conductive tube is the largest.The above conductive tube is taken as the test object for stress test research.The experimental research shows that the error between the stress value of the test point selected by the upper conductive tube and the simulation results is less than 10%,which verifies the accuracy of the simulation analysis results.Therefore,the finite element simulation model is established to simulate and analyze the mechanical performance of the double column disconnector under high and low temperature conditions,so as to avoid the limitations of the test under harsh environmental conditions,it provides technical support for the analysis of relevant performance of disconnector and troubleshooting in case of failure,and it further optimizes and improves the performance of disconnector.
