一种摩托车转向灯自动化装配工作站的设计与实现

The Design and Realization of an Automatic Assembly Workstation for Motorcycle Turn Signal

以一款摩托车转向灯为应用对象,按摩托车转向灯装配工序的分解,依次展开了摩托车转向灯装配系统的结构主体、末端执行机构和控制系统的设计,形成了一种自动化装配工作站。首先根据装配工序设计了结构主体六位回转台;其次按装配零件设计了灯泡装配机构、灯罩装配机构、垫片装配机构、灯罩螺钉装配旋紧机构、反面螺钉装配旋紧机构等末端执行机构;同时为了解决摩托车转向灯在第6个工序时需要反面装配及定位的问题,设计了夹具翻转与顶紧的辅助装置;最后采用信捷PLC为控制器组件搭建了工作站的控制系统。通过采购、定制和自制的方式备配机械和控制的零部件,安装、调试以及产品装配测试完成了工作站。该工作站投入生产后,摩托车转向灯装配由5人流水线操作减少为一人操作,生产效率也提高到原来的2.5倍,满足了企业定制设备的需求。

Taking a motorcycle steering lamp as the application object,according to the decomposition of the motorcycle steering lamp assembly process,the structural main body,end actuator and control system of the motorcycle steering lamp assembly system were designed in turn,forming an automatic assembly workstation.Firstly,the six position rotary table of the main structure was designed according to the assembly process.Secondly,according to the assembly parts,the end actuators such as bulb assembly mechanism,lampshade assembly mechanism,gasket assembly mechanism,lampshade screw assembly tightening mechanism and reverse screw assembly tightening mechanism were designed.At the same time,in order to solve the problem of reverse assembly and positioning of motorcycle turn signal lamp in the sixth process,the auxiliary device of fixture turnover and jacking was designed.Finally,the control system of the workstation was built by using Xinjie PLC as the controller component.Through procurement,customization and self-made methods,the machine and control parts were prepared,and the workstation was completed through installation,commissioning and product assembly test.After the workstation was put into production,the motorcycle turn signal assembly was reduced from five person assembly line operation to one person operation,and the production efficiency was also improved to 2.5 times,meeting the needs of customized equipment.
