The large and medium-sized hospitals in Shanghai are characterized by multiple divisions,complex functions and long service hours.Based on the energy-saving renovation project example in the hospital of Shanghai,on the background of local policy support and the development of energy-saving technology,this paper introduces the energy conservation diagnosis and comprehensive energy conservation renovation for the main energy systems of hospital.The projects of energy-saving diagnosis mainly include energy consumption level and main energy consuming systems,such as air conditioning system and boiler system.The schemes of energy-saving renovation technology mainly include air conditioning system,steam boiler system,lighting system and intelligent operation and maintenance management platform,the whole annual energy-saving rate is 22%,which energy-saving effect is remarkable.
