鄂西北地区上消化道肿瘤的临床特点分析

Analysis of clinical characteristics of upper gastrointestinal tumors in northwestern Hubei

[目的]了解近6年上消化道肿瘤在鄂西北地区的发病情况,剖析变化趋向,为开展上消化道肿瘤的筛查提供参考依据。[方法]将上消化道肿瘤的4 802例患者设为对照组(2014~2016年)及观察组(2017~2019年),比较2组上消化道肿瘤的检出率、患者年龄、性别、病变部位及病理类型,剖析变化趋向。[结果]与对照组相比,观察组上消化道肿瘤检出量及食管癌、胃癌的检出率降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);食管癌在40~49岁年龄段的检出率呈下降趋向,70~79岁年龄段呈上升趋向;胃癌在40~49岁年龄段的检出率降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);黏液细胞癌在胃癌中的检出率呈下降趋向;食管癌在男性、女性的检出率呈下降趋向。[结论]近6年鄂西北地区上消化道肿瘤检出量及食管癌、胃癌的检出率均呈下降趋向。

[Objective]To understand the incidence of upper gastrointestinal tumors in northwestern Hubei in the past 6 years, analyze the trend of changes, and provide a reference for the screening of upper gastrointestinal tumors.[Methods]The totals of 4802 patients with upper gastrointestinal tumors were set as the control group(2014-2016)and the observation group(2017-2019),and the detection rate of upper gastrointestinal tumors, patient age, gender, The lesion location and pathological type, analyze the change trend.[Results]Compared with the control group, the detection amount of upper gastrointestinal tumors, the detection rate of esophageal cancer and gastric cancer in the observation group were lower, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the detection rate of esophageal cancer in the 40-49 age group The detection rate of gastric cancer decreased in the age group of 40-49 years, and the difference was statistically significantP<0.05).The detection rate of mucinous cell carcinoma in gastric cancer decreased.Trend: the detection rate of esophageal cancer in men and women has shown a downward trend.[Conclusion]In the past 6 years, the detection amount of upper gastrointestinal tumors, esophageal cancer, and gastric cancer in northwestern Hubei have shown a downward trend.
