压力接种训练联合结构式心理干预对孕妇产前抑郁的影响

Effect of Stress Inoculation Training Combined with Structural Psychological Intervention on Pregnant Women with Antenatal Depression

目的:探讨给予产前抑郁孕妇压力接种训练联合结构式心理干预对其知觉压力的影响。方法:选取120例产前抑郁孕妇,根据入院先后顺序分为A组、B组、C组、D组各30例,A组给予常规护理,B组给予压力接种训练干预,C组给予结构式心理干预,D组给予压力接种训练联合结构式心理干预,比较4组心理状况、知觉压力。结果:D组干预后焦虑、抑郁、知觉压力评分低于A、B、C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:压力接种训练联合结构式心理干预应用于产前抑郁孕妇临床效果明显,可调节孕妇负性心理、知觉压力。

Objective:To investigate the effect of stress inoculation training combined with structural psychological intervention on perceived stress in pregnant women with antenatal depression.Methods:120 pregnant women with antenatal depression were selected,and divided into A,B,C,and D,4 groups with 30 cases in each group according to the order of admission.Group A was given conventional nursing,group B was given stress inoculation training,group C was given structural psychological intervention,and group D was given both stress inoculation training and structural psychological intervention.The psychological status and perceived pressure of the 4 groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the scores of anxiety,depression and perceived stress of group D were lower than those of the other 3 groups,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Stress inoculation training combined with the structural psychological intervention was clinically effective in pregnant women with antenatal depression and could regulate negative emotions and perceived stress.
