Technology Empowerment: Research on the Improvement Strategies of Archives Governance in the Web3.0 Environment

当前的信息革命产生了颠覆与重构的社会效果,Web3.0环境重构了档案治理格局,形成技术赋能新局面。本文以技术赋能的新权力范式为视角探讨Web3.0环境下档案治理新格局。回溯传统Web环境下档案治理模式,阐述Web3.0技术对档案治理的运行逻辑和价值目标的影响,总结Web3.0环境下以技术赋能为主的新权力范式对档案治理理念、方式、主体和评估效果的影响,以期通过技术赋能新视角思考档案治理新格局。

The current information revolution has produced the social effect of subversion and reconstruction.The Web3.0 environment has reconstructed the Archives governance pattern and formed a new situation of technology empowerment.From the perspective of the new power paradigm enabled by technology,this paper discusses the new pattern of Archives governance under the Web3.0 environment,reviews the Archives governance model under the traditional Web environment,expounds the impact of Web3.0 technology on the operation logic and value objectives of Archives governance,and summarizes the impact of emerging technologies on the concept,mode and evaluation efficiency of Archives governance under the Web3.0 environment,with a view to thinking about the new pattern of Archives governance from a new perspective of technological empowerment.
