摘要
目的:分析表柔比星对人三阴性乳腺癌MDA-MB-231细胞的体外影响。方法:提取人三阴性乳腺癌MDA-MB-231细胞,根据用药分组,表柔比星用药设为观察组,另设阴性对照组,观察表柔比星对癌细胞的抑制作用、时间对半抑制浓度的影响,进行DAB染色光密度分析、穿模细胞计数细胞侵袭转移能力变化分析。结果:表柔比星可对人三阴性乳腺癌细胞MDA-MB-231产生显著体外抑制作用,半抑制浓度随着时间延长逐渐减弱(P<0.05);在表柔比星作用下观察组光密度指标显著高于阴性对照组,该组癌细胞抗原减弱(P<0.05);表柔比星组穿模细胞计数显著低于阴性对照组(P<0.05)。结论:表柔比星在抑制人三阴性乳腺癌MDA-MB-231细胞方面具有显著作用,可抑制该癌细胞体外繁殖,有效影响癌细胞抗原,降低癌细胞侵袭转移能力,显示该药对于治疗三阴性乳腺癌具有积极意义。
Objective:To analyze the effect of epirubicin on human three negative breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells in vitro.Methods:Human three negative breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells were extracted.According to drug grouping,epirubicin was administered as observation group,and negative control group was added.The inhibitory effect of epirubicin on cancer cells and the effect of time on half inhibitory concentration were observed.DAB staining density analysis and cell penetrating cell count were used to analyze the invasion and metastasis ability of cells.Results:Epirubicin could significantly inhibit MDA-MB-231 of human three negative breast cancer cells in vitro,and the inhibitory concentration gradually decreased with time(P<0.05).Under the action of epirubicin,the optical density index of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the negative control group,and the cancer cell antigen in this group was weakened(P<0.05);The number of model piercing cells in epirubicin group was significantly lower than that in negative control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Epirubicin has a significant effect on inhibiting human three negative breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells.It can inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells in vitro,effectively affect cancer cell antigens,and reduce the invasion and metastasis of cancer cells.It shows that the drug is positive for three negative breast cancer.
