阿魏酸对炎性痛镇痛作用探讨

Study on the effect of ferulic acid on inflammatory pain

目的:探究阿魏酸对小鼠炎性痛的镇痛作用。方法:将实验动物分为空白组(生理盐水组)和实验组(阿魏酸组),采用热板、醋酸扭体、醋酸抬腿疼痛实验动物模型,观察阿魏酸对炎性痛的镇痛作用。结果:与空白组相比,实验组的小鼠扭体次数减少,镇痛百分率为30.57%;实验组的小鼠抬腿次数减少,疼痛抑制率为30.13%;在给药1h,2h,3h时实验组雄小鼠热痛阈均增加;在给药的第二天,第四天,第六天,第八天,实验组小鼠足趾容积肿胀度均减少。结论:阿魏酸对小鼠炎症性疼痛具有一定的镇痛作用。

Objective:To investigate the analgesic effect of ferulic acid on inflammatory pain in mice.Methods:Divide experimental animals into blank group(normal saline group)and experimental group(ferulic acid group),The analgesic effect of ferulic acid on inflammatory pain was observed by hot plate,acetic acid writhing and acetic acid leg lifting pain experimental animal models.Result:Compared with the blank group,the number of writhing in the experimental group was reduced,the analgesic percentage was 30.57%;the number of leg lifting in the experimental group was reduced,and the pain inhibition rate was 30.13%;the thermal pain threshold of male mice in the experimental group increased at 1 hour,2 hours,3 hours;on the second day,fourth day,sixth day and eighth day of administration,the volume swelling degree of toes in the experimental group was reduced.Conclusion:Ferulic acid has a certain analgesic effect on inflammatory pain in mice.
