复发性浆液性卵巢癌患者中奈达铂联合多西他赛血清肿瘤标志物水平及安全性的影响

摘要 目的:研究奈达铂联合多西他赛两种药物在针对具有高复发性并浆液性卵巢癌病患治疗过程中的安全水平和对肿瘤标志物水平影响。方法:82位复发性浆液性卵巢癌患者随机分为两个组别,一个是实验组,一个是对照组。应用奈达铂联合多西他赛两种药物的治疗方法于实验组,对照组则应用较为传统的卡铂化疗。比较治疗前后两组的血清肿瘤标志物水平,并观测两组发生不良反应的情况。结果:通过初步试验,治疗前的两组血清肿瘤标志物水平明显高于治疗后水平数值,并且对照组水平明显高于实验组,P<0.05。对照组发生腹泻以及恶心呕吐的概率明显高于实验组,P<0.05。结论:整体而言奈达铂联合多西他赛两种药物在针对具有高复发性并浆液性的卵巢癌病患具有明显临床效果,且其安全水平较高。
