摘要
甲基丙烯醛是一种重要的化工原料,可以通过异丁烯(叔丁醇)氧化法、异丁烷氧化法以及甲醛与丙醛缩合法3种途径合成。介绍了这3种甲基丙烯醛制备方法的研究进展,其中甲醛与丙醛经曼尼希反应制备甲基丙烯醛具有很高的工业应用价值,因此深入研究甲醛与丙醛制备甲基丙烯醛的仲胺类催化剂对提高反应性能具有重要意义。
Methylacrolein is an important chemical raw material,which can be synthesized by isobutene(tert-butanol)oxidation,isobutane oxidation and formaldehyde and propionaldehyde condensation.The research progress of the three preparation methods of methylacrolein was introduced.The preparation of methylacrolein by Mannich reaction between formaldehyde and propionaldehyde has high industrial application value.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the secondary amine catalyst for the preparation of methylacrolein from formaldehyde and propanal.
