互联网线上医疗服务对三甲医院心血管内科门诊就医人数的影响研究

Study on Effect of Internet Online Medical Services on Number of Outpatients Visiting Cardiovascular Department of Grade A Tertiary Hospital

通过收集2019年3月1日—2021年2月28日天津医科大学总医院心血管内科线下门诊,包括特需门诊、正高门诊、副高门诊和普通门诊的就医患者人数,同时收集2020年3月1日—2021年2月28日天津医科大学总医院心血管内科互联网线上医疗就医患者人数,研究分析互联网线上医疗服务对天津医科大学总医院心血管内科线下门诊工作量的作用,比较研究第一阶段(2019年3月1日—2020年2月28日)和第二阶段(2020年3月1日—2021年2月28日)心血管内科线下门诊中4个类别门诊就诊人数的变化。结果发现与互联网线上医疗开始前的第一阶段相比,第二阶段心血管内科门诊就医总人数和普通门诊就医人数明显减少,而特需门诊、正高门诊和副高门诊就医人数明显增加。研究表明互联网线上医疗的开设有助于增加三甲医院心血管内科专家门诊的就医患者人数。

By collecting the number of offline outpatients visiting the cardiovascular department of Tianjin Medical University General Hospital from March 1, 2019 to February 28, 2021, including expert outpatient service, chief physician outpatient service, deputy chief physician outpatient service and general outpatient service, as well as the number of online outpatients visiting the cardiovascular department from March 1, 2020 to February 28, 2021, the effect of Internet online medical services on the offline outpatient workload of the cardiovascular department was studied and analyzed, and the changes in the number of offline outpatient visits in four outpatient services in the first stage(from March 1, 2019 to February 28, 2020) and the second stage(from March 1, 2020 to February 28, 2021) were compared. The results showed that compared with the first stage before the start of Internet online medical services, the total number of outpatients visiting the cardiovascular department and the number of general outpatient visits decreased significantly in the second stage, while the number of patients in the expert outpatient service, chief physician outpatient service and deputy chief physician outpatient service increased significantly. The research shows that the establishment of Internet online medical services will help to increase the number of patients in the expert outpatient service of cardiovascular department of the grade A tertiary hospital.
