摘要 随着新油井的投产,某海上平台生产分离器的分液能力严重不足,分离器下游压缩机振动加剧。为提高该平台生产分离器的分液效率和解决压缩机振动等一系列问题,使用新型导流设备替换原设计的进口导流板和气体分离组件并增加了除沫器。结果表明改造后的生产分离器不仅分液效率大幅提升,而且下游的压缩机振动问题也得到了解决,实现了设备的最优化操作和节能降耗。 With the production of the new oil well,the liquid separation capacity of the production separator on an offshore platform was seriously insufficient,resulting in the aggravation of the vibration of the compressor downstream of the separator. In order to improve the liquid separation efficiency of the production separator of the platform and solve a series of problems such as compressor vibration,a new diversion equipment was used to replace the original inlet deflector and gas separation components,and a demister was added. The results show that the reformed production separator not only greatly improves the liquid separation efficiency,but also solves the vibration problem of the downstream compressor,so as to realize the optimal operation of the equipment and save energy and reduce consumption.
