摘要
为确保燃气轮机发电机组整体机组运转良好,按照燃机生产厂家要求进行计划检修时或当燃气发生器发生故障需检修时现场往往不具备就地检修条件,需将机组燃气发生器部分拆卸,并用相同型号的燃气发生器进行安装替换,即机组交换工作。但受现场环境及机组附属设备布局限制,燃机厂家所提供的标准出舱工具往往无法满足现场使用的要求。以某品牌大功率燃气轮机作为研究对象,鉴于一次机组交换过程中因现场地形受限,通过特殊工装设计制作,顺利克服所处现场条件限制且完成了机组交换工作的经验,结合燃机厂家机组交换工装工作原理,阐述了机组交换工装的设计和安装过程。
In order to maintain gas turbine generation set in good operating condition,when the gas turbine needs to be overhauled in accordance with gas turbine manufacturers’ operation manual,or when the gas generator of gas turbine is malfunctioned and need to be repaired,maintenance work sometimes couldn’t be carried out due to the site condition,and the gas generator needs to be dismantled and replaced with a new one,namely gas generator replacement. However,due to the limitation of site environment and layout of auxiliary equipment on site,the standard removal equipment with typical design provided by gas turbine manufacturer often cannot meet the requirements of on-site use. Taking a high power output gas turbine as the research object,in view of the limited site terrain in a gas generator replacement process,through the design and production of special tooling,the restrictions of site conditions were successfully overcome and the gas generator replacement was completed. Combined with the working principle of gas generator replacement special tooling provided by gas turbine manufacturer,the design and installation process of the special tooling for gas generator replacement are described.
