截污管道内衬修复工程中螺旋缠绕法环形间隙填充注浆的质量控制 被引量:3

摘要 九江十里河DN2200管道修复工程是九江市十里河流域水环境治理工程攻坚项目,是实现十里河流域长治久清、水质提升的关键。对于该管径,机械制螺旋缠绕法(钢塑加强型)以其强度高、可带水作业等优点得到了业主和设计单位的认可。由于相邻检查井之间的距离很长,如何保证注浆充满度以及修复后管道线性平顺是该项目修复的难点之一。重点阐述了预埋注浆管、管内压水等方法以满足注浆充满度和管道修复后线性平顺的工程设计要求。 The Jiujiang Shili River DN2200 pipeline restoration project is a key project for the water environment treatment engineering of the Shili River Basin in Jiujiang City, and it is the key to realize the long-term governance of the Shili River Basin and the improvement of water quality. For this pipe diameter, the mechanical spiral winding method(steel-plastic reinforced type) has been recognized by the user and the designer due to its high strength and availability under water condition.Due to the long distance between adjacent manholes,it is difficult to ensure the grouting fullness and the linear smoothness of the repaired pipeline. This paper focuses on introducing the pre-embedding of grouting pipe and in-pipe injection water techniques to meet the requirements for the grouting fullness and the linear smoothness of the repaired pipeline.
