摘要
压缩空气泡沫灭火系统是一种新型的消防产品,可有效扑灭A类和B类火灾。研究压缩空气泡沫在管道中的压力降可有效指导压缩空气泡沫灭火系统设计选型和保障系统的运行安全可靠。基于均相法推导了压缩空气泡沫在管道中的流动压力降的计算公式,并试验研究了其随管径、混合比、混合液流量和气液比的变化规律,结果表明:压缩空气泡沫在管道中的流动压力降受混合比的影响不大,随管径的增大迅速减小,并随泡沫混合液流量或气液比的增大呈线性增大。
Compressed air foam extinguishing system is a new fire fighting product,which can effectively extinguish Class A and Class B fires. Research on pressure drop of compressed air foam in the pipeline can effectively guide the design and selection of compressed air foam extinguishing systems and ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system. Based on the homogeneous method,the calculation formula for the pressure drop of compressed air foam in the pipeline is derived,and its changing rules with pipe diameter,mixing ratio,mixed liquid flow rate and gas-liquid ratio is experimentally studied. The results show that the pressure drop of compressed air foam in the pipeline is not greatly affected by the mixing ratio,but decreases rapidly with the increase in the pipe diameter,and increases linearly with the increase in the foam mixture flow or gas-liquid ratio.
