苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗社区高血压的临床效果及对患者收缩压、舒张压水平影响分析

Clinical Effect of Amlodipine Tablets on Community Hypertension and its Influence on Systolic and Diastolic Blood Pressure Levels in Patients

目的分析在社区高血压治疗中,应用苯磺酸氨氯地平片干预对其血压水平的影响效果。方法研究中选取本院在2020年1~12月收治的社区高血压患者96例为研究对象;采取随机数表法将其均分为两组,对照组予以硝苯地平片治疗,观察组则予以苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗;对比观察在不同用药干预下两组患者的治疗效果、血压水平、血清学指标、炎性因子水平及不良反应发生率。结果①对比疗效,观察组显著高于对照组95.83%>83.33%(χ^(2)=4.019,P=0.045<0.05)。②比较血压水平,观察组SDP、SBP水平显著低于对照组(t=2.160,3.188,P<0.05)。③比较血清学指标水平,观察组HCY、BNP水平均低于对照组(t=4.785,2.139,P<0.05)。④比较炎性因子水平,观察组IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α水平均显著低于对照组(t=5.597,16.894,8.480,P<0.05)。⑤对比用药不良反应,观察组低于对照组4.16%<18.73%(χ^(2)=5.031,P=0.025<0.05)。结论在社区高血压治疗中,应用苯磺酸氨氯地平片可有助于改善患者血压水平,并对其机体炎症状态、血清学指标及血管内皮因子水平起到一定调节作用,且用药安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of the intervention on the BP level in the treatment of community hypertension.Methods In the study,96 patients with community hypertension admitted by the hospital from January to December 2020 were divided into two groups with nifedipine tablets in the control group;and observed the treatment effect,blood pressure level,serological index,inflammatory factor level and incidence of adverse reactions under different drug intervention.Results(1)Comparing the efficacy,the observation group was significantly higher than 95.83%>83.33%(χ^(2)=4.019,P=0.045<0.05).(2)By comparing the blood pressure levels,the observed group had SDP,SBP levels were significantly lower than in the control groups(t=2.160,3.188,P<0.05).(3)Comparing serological index levels,HCY,BNP levels were observed as lower than in control groups(t=4.785,2.139,P<0.05).(4)Comparing inflammatory factor levels,all observed IL-6,hs-CRP,TNF-αlevels were significantly lower than controls(t=5.597,16.894,8.480,P<0.05).(5)Compared with adverse drug reactions,the observation group was 4.16%<18.73%lower than the control group(χ^(2)=5.031,P=0.025<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of community hypertension,the application of amlodipine tablets can help improve the blood pressure level of patients and regulate the inflammatory status,serological index and vascular endothelial factor level,which has high drug safety.
