外周血细胞形态学检查在血常规检验中的临床应用效果

Clinical Effect of Peripheral Blood Cell Morphology Examination in Routine Blood Examination

目的分析在血常规检验中采取血液细胞形态学检查的价值,可在后期研究中提供指导。方法研究起止时间为2015年4月至2018年7月,研究纳入的病例是在这一期间内在本院进行血液细胞形态学检验的400例异常的血液标本将受检者随机编号平均分成两组,对照组纳入200例,该组受检者接受常规血液检验;观察组纳入200例,该组受检者接受外周血细胞形态学检验,分析两组的血液标本情况以及对照组中异常血液标本情况。结果观察组200例血液标本内,有129例正常血样,有23例红细胞形态异常,有21例血小板数目异常,有27例白细胞形态异常,血液细胞异常检出率35.50%;对照组200例血液标本内,有160例正常血样,有12例红细胞形态异常,有11例血小板数目异常,有17例白细胞形态异常,血液细胞异常检出率20.00%,观察组血液细胞异常检出率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血常规检验中实施外周血细胞形态学检查有利于提升诊断准确率,能够为临床诊断提供可靠的参考依据,具有较高的推广价值。

Objective To analyze the value of blood cell morphology examination in blood routine examination,which can provide guidance for later research.Methods The study was started in April 2015,the study deadline for inclusion was July 2018,The cases included in the study were 400 abnormal blood samples that underwent blood cell morphological examination in our hospital during this period.The subjects were randomly numbered and divided into 2 groups on average,and 200 cases were included in the control group.The subjects in this group received routine Blood test;200 cases were included in the observation group,and the subjects in this group received the morphological test of peripheral blood cells,analysis of the two groups of blood samples and the control group of abnormal blood samples.Results Among the 200 blood samples in the observation group,there were 129 normal blood samples,23 cases of abnormal red blood cell morphology,21 cases of abnormal platelet count,27 cases of abnormal white blood cell morphology,and the detection rate of abnormal blood cells was 35.50%;the control group of 200 blood samples There were 160 normal blood samples,12 cases of abnormal red blood cell morphology,11 cases of abnormal platelet count,and 17 cases of abnormal white blood cell morphology.The abnormal blood cell detection rate was 20.00%.The abnormal blood cell detection rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of morphological examination of peripheral blood cells in blood routine examination is helpful to improve the diagnostic accuracy and provide reliable reference for clinical diagnosis.
