多学科团队协作护理模式在肺癌手术患者中的应用

Application of Multidisciplinary Teamwork Nursing Model in Lung Cancer Surgery Patients

目的探究多学科团队协作护理模式在肺癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年4月至2019年3月我院126例肺癌手术患者,随机分为研究组65例、对照组61例,分别予以多学科团队协作护理模式、常规护理模式,并观察护理效果。结果研究组首次下床活动时间、住院时间与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);护理前两组焦虑、抑郁评分无显著差异(P>0.05);护理后研究组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,组间差异明显(P<0.05);研究组生活质量相应项目评分与对照组比较存在显著差异(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为4.62%、对照组为16.39%,两组组间比较存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论对肺癌手术患者予以多学科团队协作护理模式干预,能促使患者更快恢复,提升患者生活质量,改善患者负面情绪,降低并发症发生,提升患者生存质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary teamwork nursing model in patients undergoing lung cancer surgery.Methods One hundred and twenty six patients with lung cancer surgery in our hospital from April 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into 65 cases in the study group and 61 cases in the control group.The multidisciplinary team cooperative nursing model and routine nursing model were used to observe the nursing effect.Results Compared with the control group,there were significant differences in the time of first getting out of bed and the length of hospital stay in the study group(P<0.05).No anxiety and depression scores were significant between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores were lower than the control group,and the intergroup differences were significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,there was a significant difference in the scores of the corresponding items of quality of life between the study group and the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 4.62%,the control group was 16.39%,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary team work nursing model intervention for lung cancer patients can promote the patients to recover faster,improve the quality of life of the patients,improve the negative emotions of the patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the quality of life of the patients,which is worth popularizing.
