乳腺癌术后并发淋巴水肿的危险因素及护理措施

Risk Factors and Nursing Measures of Postoperative Breast Cancer Complicated with Lymphedema

目的对乳腺癌术后并发淋巴水肿的危险因素予以分析,据此制定合理的护理措施。方法在我院2018年2月至2021年2月接收的乳腺癌手术患者中选取166例开展本次研究。将39例术后并发淋巴水肿的患者设为试验组,将其余127例未并发淋巴水肿的患者设为对照组。予以两组患者相关情况调查,分析乳腺癌术后并发淋巴水肿的危险因素,据此制定护理措施。结果经单因素分析可见,乳腺癌术后并发淋巴水肿的相关因素是BMI、文化程度、预防措施、淋巴结清扫级别与数目、疾病认知度、肿瘤象限、术后放疗、切口类型(P<0.05)。经多因素logistic回归分析可见,乳腺癌术后并发淋巴水肿的高危因素是手术切口、肿瘤象限、淋巴结清扫级别、疾病认知度、术后放疗与预防措施不佳(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌术后并发淋巴水肿与患者手术切口、肿瘤象限、淋巴结清扫级别、疾病认知度、术后放疗与预防措施不佳等因素有关,临床护理人员应予以合理护理干预,可确保患者围手术期护理质量,减少淋巴水肿等并发症发生的可能。

Objectives The risk factors of postoperative breast cancer complicated with lymphedema were analyzed,and reasonable nursing measures were formulated accordingly.Methods A total of 166 cases were selected from Patients with breast cancer surgery received from February 2018 to February 2018 to carry out this study,39 patients with post-abbreviated concurrent lymph edema were set as a test group,and other 127 cases of nonconcurrent lymphatic edema were set as a reference group.The relevant cases of two groups were investigated to analyze the risk factors of concurrent lymphatic edema after breast cancer,and nursing measures were developed.Results According to single factors,that the relevant factors of post-abortion induction of mammary cancer were patients BMI,cultural degree,precaution measures,lymph nodes and numbers,disease perception,tumor quadrant,postoperative radiotherapy,incision type(P<0.05).Multi-factor logistic regression analysis,high risk factors for concurrent lymphed edema after breast cancer were surgical incision,tumor quadrant,lymph nodes,disease perception,postoperative radiotherapy and prevention measures(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative lymphochase and patient surgical incision,tumor quadrant,lymph nodes,disease perception,postoperative radiotherapy and prevention measures,to ensure perioperate of patients the quality of the care,reducing the possibility of complications such as lymphatic edema.
