消化内镜室中实施标准化护理联合健康指导的护理价值研究

Study on the Nursing Value of Implementing Standardized Nursing and Combined Health Guidance in the Digestive Endoscopy Room

目的探究在消化内镜室中实施标准化护理联合健康指导的护理价值。方法选择在我院消化内镜室进行检查的患者作为研究对象,病例数120例,时间为2020年1~12月,2020年1~6月实施传统护理模式,患者60例,作为对照组,2020年7~12月期间实施标准化护理联合健康指导,患者60例,作为试验组。比较两组护理满意程度、护理不良事件发生率、负性情绪、检查平均用时及疼痛程度。结果试验组护理满意率(98.33%)与对照组护理满意率(88.33%)比较,差异显著,P<0.05;试验组与对照组发生护理不良事件的概率分别为0和6.67%,组间比较差异显著,P<0.05;试验组与对照组患者接受护理前,负性情绪焦虑SAS评分与抑郁SDS评分相比较无显著差异,P>0.05,两组患者接受护理后焦虑SAS评分与抑郁SDS评分均比护理前显著降低,且试验组显著低于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05;试验组消化内镜平均检查时间短于对照组,疼痛VAS评分低于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论在消化内镜室中联合使用标准化护理与健康指导具有很高的护理价值,可以提高患者对护理的满意程度,减少护理不良事件发生,改善负性情绪,缩短检查时间,减轻疼痛。

Objective To explore the nursing value of implementing standardized nursing and combined health guidance in the digestive endoscopy room.Methods To select patients in digestive endoscopy room in our hospital as the research object,120 cases,from January 2020 to December 2020,from January 2020 to June 2020,the number of patients,recorded as the control group,from July 2020 to December 2020,60 patients,recorded as the experimental group.Nursing satisfaction,incidence of nursing adverse events,negative mood,average time of examination,and pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group(98.33%),and that of the control group(88.33%)were significantly higher.The difference was significant,P<0.05.The probability of developing adverse care events in the experimental and control group were 0 and 6.67%respectively.The comparison between the groups was significantly lower than in the experimental groups.The difference was significant,P<0.05.Before the experimental group and control group,negative mood anxiety SAS score compared with depression SDS score,P>0.05.The anxiety SAS score and depression SDS score were significantly lower compared with before care.Moreover,the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group.The difference was significant,P<0.05.The mean examination time of digestive endoscopy in the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,pain VAS score was lower than that in the control group.The difference was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The combined use of standardized nursing and health guidance in digestive endoscopy room has high nursing value,which can improve patient satisfaction with nursing,reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events,improve negative mood,shorten the examination time,and reduce pain.
