分析综合康复护理对慢性精神分裂症患者用药依从性的影响

Analysis of the Influence of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing on the Medication Compliance of Patients with Chronic Schizophrenia

目的 本次试验采用综合康复护理措施对慢性精神分裂症患者实施病情改善支持,提升用药依从性,确保患者治疗安全、有效。方法 本次试验选取前来本院进行疾病检查及治疗的患者66例为研究对象,时间为2019年1月至2019年10月,经过专业的科室检查确诊,属于慢性精神分裂症,需要开展对症治疗。在自愿参与试验调查的患者中,采用计算机随机数字表法,对66例患者进行病情结果讨论。对照组患者采用常规护理措施,观察组则为综合康复护理措施,分析患者的治疗依从性和病症改善成果。结果从护理质量上看,观察组患者的护理用药依从性为90.91%(30/33),对照组为78.79%(26/33),组间对比差异较为显著(P <0.05)。与此同时,在患者进行PANSS症状量表的评估中,观察组患者的总分为(34.40±1.90)分,对照组则为(38.10±1.70)分,组间差异有显著(P <0.05)。而在康复状态量表的测评中,观察组MRSS的总分以及各个因子得分情况均较对照组的情况更优,组间对比差异显著(P <0.05)。结论 采用综合康复护理措施可以改善患者的临床症状,在阳性和阴性评分中得到缓解,并能够措施康复状态更靠近治疗目标,患者的自我控制力和用药依从性得到提升,具有现实意义。

Objective In this experiment,comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures will be adopted to support the improvement of the condition of patients with chronic schizophrenia,improve the compliance of medication,and ensure the safety and effectiveness of patients'treatment.Methods The patients who came to our hospital from January 2019 to October 2019 for disease examination and treatment were selected as the subjects in this experiment.After professional department examination,they belong to chronic schizophrenia and need to carry out symptomatic treatment.Among the patients who volunteered to participate in the experimental investigation,66 patients were discussed with the method of computer random number table.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing measures,while those in the observation group were treated with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures.Results In terms of nursing quality,the compliance of nursing medication in the observation group was 90.91%(30/33)and that in the control group was 78.79%(26/33).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).At the same time,in the evaluation of PANSS symptom scale,the total score of patients in the observation group was(34.40±1.90)and that in the control group was(38.10±1.70)with a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).In the evaluation of the Rehabilitation Status Scale,the total score of MRSS and the scores of each factor in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,alleviate the positive and negative scores,and can measure the rehabilitation status closer to the treatment goal,improve the patients'self-control and medication compliance,which has practical significance.
