优质护理在原发性脑干损伤病例护理中的应用效果

目的探究优质护理在原发性脑干损伤病例护理中的应用效果。方法此次研究采取随机盲选法,将2018年5月至2019年5月我院收治的86例原发性脑干损伤患者划分为两组,每组平均43例;其中,对照组患者采取常规护理方法,观察组患者则采取优质护理方法,进一步对两组的护理满意度、住院时间、并发症发生率进行比较。结果①对照组43例患者,在护理满意情况方面,满意15例、基本满意17例、不满意11例,总满意度为74.42%;观察组43例患者,在护理满意情况方面,满意20例、基本满意21例、不满意2例,总满意度为95.35%。观察组明显要比对照组高,组间存在明显差异性(χ^(2)=11.265,P<0.05)。②对照组的平均住院时间为(94.12±13.41)d;观察组的平均住院时间为(74.25±10.78)d。在平均住院时间方面,观察组显著要比对照组短,组间存在明显差异性(t=10.287,P<0.05)。③在并发症发生率方面,观察组肺淤血为1例、急性肺水肿1例,总发生率为4.65%,对照组的肺淤血4例、急性肺水肿3例、消化道出血2例,瘫痪1例,总发生率为23.25%对比显著更低,组间存在显著统计学差异(χ^(2)=11.791,P<0.05)。结论原发性脑干损伤实行优质护理的效果显著,能够明显提高护理满意度,缩短住院时间,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in primary brain stem injury.Methods In this study,86 patients with primary brain stem injury admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were divided into two groups,with an average of 43 cases in each group.Among them,the patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing methods,while the patients in the observation group were treated with high-quality nursing methods to further compare the nursing satisfaction,hospitalization time and incidence of complications of the two groups.Results(1)In terms of nursing satisfaction of 43 patients in the control group,15 were satisfied,17 were basically satisfied,11 were dissatisfied,and the total satisfaction was 74.42%;43 patients in the observation group,20 were satisfied,21 were basically satisfied,2 were dissatisfied,and the total satisfaction was 95.35%.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and there were significant differences between the groups(χ^(2)=11.265,P<0.05).(2)The mean hospitalization time in the control group was(94.12±13.41)days;the mean hospitalization time in the observation group was(74.25±10.78)days.In terms of mean hospitalization time,the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group,with significant differences between the groups(t=10.287,P<0.05).(3)In terms of complication rate,the observed group had 1 case of pulmonary congestion and 1 acute pulmonary edema,with a total incidence of 4.65%,4 patients of pulmonary congestion,3 acute pulmonary edema,2 gastrointestinal hemorrhage and 1 paralysis,with a significantly lower total incidence of 23.25%,and significant statistical differences between groups(χ^(2)=11.791,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of high-quality nursing on primary brain stem injury is significant,which can significantly improve the satisfaction of nursing,shorten the length of stay and reduce the incidence of complications.
