新疆全科医师规范化培训学员满意度及影响因素研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解全科医师规范化培训开展至今新疆全科医师规范化培训现状,分析全科医师规范化培训过程中学员的满意度及出现的相关问题并提出相应对策。方法选择2021年新疆全科医师规范化培训规培基地的510名学员为研究对象。根据前期调研以及文献调研后设计的调查问卷进行调查,调查问卷内容包括:调查者一般情况、对培训认知的调查、满意度情况调查、反馈问题和建议。发放510份问卷,有效问卷504份,有效回收率为98.82%。结果(1)504名学员中,以本科学历为主(407例,80.75%),大部分学员(418例,82.94%)在规培前未参加过工作。(2)321例(63.69%)学员愿意在培训结束后继续从事全科医学相关专业工作;117例(23.21%)学员不愿意在培训结束后继续从事全科医学相关专业工作。(3)调查对象对带教师资满意度的满意度较高,为(4.04±0.734)分,其他按满意度大小排序如下:过程管理[(3.89±0.739)分]、培训效果[(3.88±0.688)分]基地条件[(3.85±0.786)分]、制度设计[(3.83±0.761)分]、保障机制[(3.55±0.896)分]。(4)多因素Logistic分析表明年龄、学历、民族、月均收入状况是影响培训学员满意度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论新疆全科医师规范化培训制度建立卓有成效被广泛接受,满意度较初期有较大幅度提升,大多数学员存在压力但总体满意。薪酬待遇低(242例,48.02%),发展空间小(111例,22.02%),国家政策扶持不够(35例,6.94%)是导致学员欠满意的主要原因,建议从做好人事及薪酬激励等系列保障工作、注重全科医师师资力量建设,加强对规培学员的过程管理,提高全科医师规范化,在培训学员认知教育等方面做好相关工作,推动本地全科医师规范化培训制度进一步向纵深发展。 Objective To understand the current situation of standardized training of general practitioners in Xinjiang,analyze the satisfaction of trainees and related problems in the process of standardized training of general practitioners,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Methods Five hundred and ten trainees from the standardized training base of general practitioners in Xinjiang in 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the questionnaire designed after the preliminary investigation and literature investigation,the contents of the questionnaire include:the general situation of the investigator,the investigation of training cognition,satisfaction investigation,feedback questions and suggestions.510 questionnaires were distributed.504 of which were valid,and the effective recovery rate was 98.82%.Results(1)504 students,mainly with bachelor's degree(407 cases,80.75%),most of the students(418 cases,82.94%)had not participated in the work before the training.(2)321 students(63.69%)were willing to continue to engage in general practice related professional work after the training;117 students(23.21%)were unwilling to continue to engage in general medicine related professional work after the training.(3)The respondents'satisfaction with teachers'qualifications was high(4.04±0.734),and others were sorted as follows:process management(3.89±0.739),training effect(3.88±0.688),base conditions(3.85±0.786),system design(3.83±0.761)and guarantee mechanism(3.55±0.896).(4)Multivariate logistic analysis showed that age,educational background,nationality and average monthly income were the influencing factors of trainees'satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of standardized training system for general practitioners in Xinjiang has been effective and widely accepted.The satisfaction has been greatly improved compared with the initial stage.Most students are under pressure,but they are generally satisfied.Low salary(242 cases,48.02%),small development space(111 cases,22.02%)and insufficient national policy support(35 cases,6.94%)are the main reasons for the dissatisfaction of the students.It is suggested to do a good job in a series of guarantee work such as personnel and salary incentive,pay attention to the construction of general practitioners'teachers,and strengthen the process management of the training students,improve the cognitive education of the standardized training of general practitioners,and promote the further development of the standardized training system of local general practitioners.
