职业技术师范教育师范能力培养:参照依据、现实需求与实现策略

摘要 职业技术师范教育师范生作为职教教师队伍的后备力量,师范能力是职教教师职业能力发展的重要内容。依据《职业技术师范教育专业认证标准》和《中等职业教育专业师范生教师职业能力标准》四个维度的培养要求,基于“全国职业院校技能大赛教学能力比赛、全国技工院校教师职业能力大赛、全国职业院校技能大赛中等职业学校班主任能力比赛”三项职业教育教师职业能力比赛的师范能力需求,提出“班级建设、课堂教学、课程开发”三维一体的职业技术师范教育师范能力培养策略。 Vocational and technical education teacher candidates are the reserve force of vocational education teachers,and the normal ability is the key content of teachers'vocational ability.According to the training requirements of four dimensions of Certification Standards for Vocational and Technical Education Majors and Vocational Competence Standards for Teacher Candidate for Secondary Vocational Education,based on the text analysis of three vocational education teacher vocational ability competitions:"Teaching Ability Competition of the National Vocational College Skills Competition Teachers'Vocational Ability Competition of National Technical College,Secondary Vocational School Class Teacher'Ability Competition of the National Vocational College Skills Competition",it is proposed to construct a three-dimension training system of"class construction,classroom teaching and curriculum development"in vocational and technical normal education.
