构建政校行企四方联动现代学徒制人才培养机制的路径研究

Path of Establishing the Talent Cultivation Mechanism of the Modern Apprenticeship System with the Linkage of Government,Schools,Industry and Enterprises

对2015年以来教育部发布的三批现代学徒制试点单位开展现代学徒制的情况、成效、存在的问题进行分析研究,在此基础上提出构建政校行企四方联动的现代学徒制人才培养机制的路径:一是建立完善的职业教育体系,增强现代学徒制人才的社会适应性;二是加强制度建设,使现代学徒制更加科学、规范;三是校企深度合作,双主体共同培育现代学徒制人才;四是赋予行业协会更多职能,充分发挥其监督、协调作用。

This paper analyzes and studies the states,effects,and problems of the modern apprenticeship system implemented by three batches of pilot units of the modern apprenticeship system issued by the Ministry of Education since 2015;and proposes the path of establishing the talent cultivation mechanism of the modern apprenticeship system with the linkage of government,schools,industry,and enterprises on this basis.First,a perfect vocational education system should be established to improve the ability of talents under the modern apprenticeship system to adapt to the society;second,the system construction should be strengthened to make the modern apprenticeship system more scientific and standardized;third,schools and enterprises should make deep cooperation to jointly cultivate talents under the modern apprenticeship;fourth,the industry associations should play their full roles of supervision and coordination.
