摘要
发展现代学徒制能够促进就业和提升职业教育质量。企业是实施现代学徒制的主体,但存在企业参与积极性不强问题。分析中小企业存在融资、经营、培训、人才短缺等困难,吸收发达国家对参与现代学徒制企业优惠政策经验,提出我国企业,特别是中小企业参与现代学徒制会产生经济效益。但相对我国中小企业困难,国家应该针对性给予优惠及其他支持措施,使企业明确感觉到参与现代学徒制的益处,并积极参与其中。
Developing modern apprenticeship can promote employment and improve the quality of vocational education.Enterprises are the main body of implementing modern apprenticeship,but there is a problem that enterprises do not have strong enthusiasm to participate in the modern apprenticeship.From the perspective of enterprises,it is analyzed that small and medium-sized enterprises have difficulties in finance,operation,taxation,training,talent shortage and so on.Learning the experience of the preferential policies for enterprises participating in modern apprenticeship in developed countries,the paper agrees that the participatingin modern apprenticeship will produce economic benefits,especially for small and medium-sized enterprises.However,in view of the difficulties of China's small and medium-sized enterprises,the government should give them targeted preferential measureand other measures to make themfeel the benefits of participating in the modern apprenticeship.
