团体心理辅导与艺术治疗对高职学生心理发展的影响研究——以呼伦贝尔职业技术学院学生为例

The Influence of the Roup Psychological Counseling and Art Therapy on the Mental Development of the Students in Higher Vocational College:Take the Students of Hulunbuir Vocational and Technical College as an Example

以呼伦贝尔职业技术学院学生为研究对象,针对高职学生容易出现的自我认知混乱、自我接纳水平不高、厌学、大学生活适应不良等发展性心理问题,进行了创新性团体心理辅导与综合性艺术治疗。旨在从实证角度探讨团体心理辅导与综合性艺术治疗对高职学生心理发展的影响效应。结果发现,团体心理辅导与综合性艺术治疗对高职学生心理发展具有积极影响,可在更多职业院校推广与应用。

This paper focuses on the students in Hulunbuir Vocational and Technical College,and carries out the innovative group psychological counseling and the comprehensive art treatment for their developmental mental problems such as self-cognitive confusion,low self-acceptance level,weariness and poor adaptability in college life that can easily appear.The aim is to discuss the influence of the group psychological counseling and the comprehensive art treatment on the mental development of higher vocational students.The results was found that the group psychological counseling and the comprehensive art therapy had a positive influence on the mental development of students in higher vocational college,it was hoped to promote and apply in more vocational colleges in the future.
