意大利蜜蜂雄蜂不同组织中BH4及其相关生物胺含量差异分析

摘要 生物胺影响着蜜蜂的摄食与生殖行为。本研究测定了蜜蜂生物胺研究鲜少关注的雄蜂体内三种重要的生物胺(多巴胺DA、章鱼胺OA、色胺5-HT)及三者合成上游辅因子四氢生物蝶呤(BH4)在四种组织间的含量。实验结果显示四种物质在雄蜂头部的含量最高,其中四氢生物蝶呤、多巴胺、色胺在雄蜂的头部、胸部、腹部、足四种组织中的含量依次降低,且具有显著性差异;章鱼胺在雄蜂各个组织间的含量无显著性差异。SPSS相关性分析发现BH4、DA、5-HT三者之间显著相关,三者与OA都没有相关性。本研究表明蜜蜂BH4直接影响体内DA、TA的含量与分布,而对于5-HT的合成影响较小。 Biogenic amines affect the feeding and reproductive behavior of honeybees.In this study,the contents of three important biogenic amines(dopamine DA,octopamine OA and tryptamine 5-HT)and their upstream cofactor tetrahydrobiopterin(BH4)in the four tissues of drones,which are rarely concerned in the study of bee biogenic amines,were determined.The results showed that the contents of four substances were the highest in the head of the drone,and the contents of BH4,DA and 5-HT in the head,thorax,abdomen and leg of the drone decreased in turn,with signifi cant differences;There was no significant difference in the content of OA among drone tissues.SPSS correlation analysis found that BH4,DA and 5-HT were signifi cantly correlated,and none of them was correlated with OA.This study showed that BH4 directly affected the content and distribution of DA and TA,but had little effect on the synthesis of 5-HT in honeybees.
