健脾祛湿法在胰腺癌辨治中的应用

Pancreatic cancer is a malignant tumor that occurs in the exocrine glands of the pancreas.It is difficult to diagnose early and has a high mortality rate.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in treating pancreatic cancer.The homogeny of the spleen and pancreas is recognized by most TCM physicians.Due to common symptoms of pancreatic cancer patients,it is often considered that spleen-Qi deficiency and dampness stagnation are the root causes of pancreatic cancer,and liver depression and Qi stagnation and blood stasis are factors that may contribute to the development of pancreatic cancer.In the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer,the method of invigorating the spleen and dispelling dampness are supposed to be the fundemental therepeutic method and should run from the very beginning to the end of treatment through the whole process.At the same time,attention should also be given to soothing the liver and dispersing masses,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and ultimately improving the quality of life of patients and prolonging the survival time of patients.Combined with clinical cases,the application of invigorating the spleen and dispelling dampness in the treatment of pancreatic cancer is introduced.
