五重螺旋创新生态系统中知识资本与农业企业创新态势关系研究

Research on the Relationship Between Intellectual Capital and the Innovation Situation of Agricultural Enterprises in the Five-fold Helix Innovation Ecosystem

本文借鉴态势理论,基于五重螺旋创新生态系统的框架,探究创新生态系统中知识资本各要素与农业企业创新态势的关系。以2014—2019年上市农业企业为研究样本,实证检验了五重螺旋知识资本各要素对农业企业创新态势的影响。结果表明,经济资本与农业企业创新“态”与“势”均呈正相关关系,而人力资本、生态资本、社会资本和政治资本与创新之“态”存在正相关关系。研究结果为农业企业构建五重螺旋创新生态系统、完善知识资本体系、促进企业创新提供借鉴与参考。

Drawing on situation theory and based on the framework of the five-fold helix innovation ecosystem,this paper explores the relationship between the elements of knowledge capital in the innovation ecosystem and the innovation situation of agricultural enterprises.Taking the listed agricultural enterprise from 2014 to 2019 as the research sample,this paper empirically tests the influence of the five-fold spiral knowledge capital and its internal factors on the innovation situation of agricultural enterprises.The results show that there is a positive correlation between economic capital and the innovation“state”and“potential”of agricultural enterprises,while intellectual capital,human capital,ecological capital,social capital and political capital are positively related to the“state”of agricultural enterprise innovation.The research results provide reference for agricultural enterprises to build a five-fold helix innovation ecosystem,improve the knowledge capital system,and promote enterprise innovation.
