在校大学生乡村夏令营短期支教问题和对策研究——以陕西省为例

Research on Problems and Countermeasures in Short-term Voluntary Teaching in Rural Summer Camps for College Students——Taking Shaanxi Province as An Example

为切实提升大学生乡村夏令营短期支教公益活动的实效性,本文应用定性研究法、问卷调研法、定量研究法等研究方法,结合乡村夏令营实践经验,论述了乡村夏令营的重要意义,研究了陕西省乡村夏令营短期支教存在的问题和改进对策,提出了“高校灵活适配政策,鼓励大学生乡村夏令营;积极争取地方支持,协助开展大学生夏令营;凝聚社会各界力量,助力大学生乡村夏令营;完善选培机制体制,打造乡村夏令营精品团队;推动地方完善立法,强化乡村夏令营法理支持”实践模式和相关对策。这些分析说明乡村夏令营短期支教很有意义、需要完善升级。

In order to effectively improve the effectiveness of the short-term voluntary teaching of college students in rural summer camps,this paper applies qualitative research methods,questionnaire research methods,quantitative research methods and other research methods,combined with the practical experience of rural summer camps,discusses the significance of rural summer camps,and studies the problems existing in the short-term voluntary teaching in summer camps and the improvement countermeasures in rural areas in Shaanxi Province,puts forward some flexible adaptation policies:encourage college students to participate in rural summer camps;actively seek local support to assist summer camps;gather support from all society to help rural summer camps;improve the selection and training mechanism system,and build a high-quality rural summer camp team;promote the improvement of local legislation and strengthen the legal support of rural summer camps.These analyses show that short-term voluntary teaching in rural summer camps is very meaningful and needs to be improved and upgraded.
