FC-60加氢裂化催化剂的研制及工业应用

摘要 为了进一步提高催化剂活性,DRIPP开发了新一代高中油型加氢裂化催化剂FC-60。该催化剂以小晶粒Y分子筛为主要酸性组分、W-Ni为加氢组分,采用浸渍法进行制备,制备过程简单,重复性良好,温度敏感性高,产品适应性强。以伊朗VGO原料,在相同转化率条件下,与国内同类催化剂相比,FC-60催化剂反应温度降低5℃,中油选择性相当,尾油BMCI值更低。工业应用结果表明,FC-60催化剂具有良好的活性和稳定性,可实现灵活增产航煤与重石脑油的目的。 DRIPP developed a new generation of high and medium oil hydrocracking catalyst FC-60,in order to further improve the catalyst activity.The catalyst is prepared by impregnation method with small grain Y zeolite as the main acidic component and W-Ni as the hydrogenation component.The preparation process is simple,the repeatability is good,the temperature sensitivity is high and the product adaptability is strong.Using Iranian VGO as raw material,under the same conversion rate,compared with domestic similar catalyst,the reaction temperature of FC-60 catalyst is reduced by 5℃,the selectivity of medium oil is equivalent,and the BMCI value of tail oil is lower.The industrial application results show that FC-60 catalyst has good activity and stability,and can flexibly increase aviation coal and heavy naphtha.
