活性炭与Cu-13X联合消除制药废水中四环素的研究 被引量:1

摘要 四环素废水会对周围水体和土壤环境造成严重污染,针对其组成复杂和难降解的特点,先通过活性炭去除废水中杂质和部分四环素,再经过Cu-13X分子筛选择性吸附以进一步去除四环素。本文采集四环素制药废水(295.3mg/L)为研究对象,单一活性炭C(f)(1g)对四环素去除率达到50.2%,联合Cu-13X(S4,0.1g)后去除率达到了99.3%,TOC降低了2067.7mg/L。Cu-13X经五次循环再生-吸附后,去除率保持在99.8%左右。 Tetracycline wastewater cause serious pollution to surrounding water and soil.Focus on the complex composition and the difficult degradation of tetracycline,impurities and some tetracycline in wastewater were removed by activated carbon first,and then the tetracycline was fur-ther selectively removed by Cu-13X.In this paper,tetracycline pharmaceutical wastewater(295.3mg/L)was collected as the research object.1 gram of activated carbon C(f)gave a removal efficiency of 50.2%.After 0.1 gram of Cu-13X(S4)was used,the removal efficiency reached 99.3%and the TOC decreased by 2067.7 mg/L.The removal efficiency of Cu-13X kept about 99.8%after five cycles of regeneration.
