石油化工企业火灾扑救处置要点分析

Analysis on Key Points of Fire Fighting and Disposal in Petrochemical Enterprises

石油化工企业的生产经营活动通常伴随着高温高压、易燃易爆、有毒有害的工作环境,造成石化企业容易发生火灾并且很难扑灭。本文分析了石化企业火灾危害种类,针对当前石化企业火灾扑救行动存在的现实性困难,从救援方案、组织实施、战术运用、后勤保障和科技创新五个角度提出了针对性的应对策略,期望对石化企业火灾扑救带来有益的思考。

The production and operation activities of petrochemical enterprises are usually accompanied by high temperature and high pressure,flammable,explosive,toxic and harmful working environment,which makes petrochemical enterprises prone to fire and difficult to extinguish.This paper analyzes the types of fire hazards in petrochemical enterprises,and puts forward targeted countermeasures from five perspectives of rescue plan,organization implementation,tactical application,logistical support and technological innovation in view of the practical difficulties existing in the current fire fighting operations in petrochemical enterprises.It is expected to bring beneficial thoughts to fire fighting in petrochemical enterprises.
