Research on Corrosion Causes and Anti-corrosion Measures of Chemical Machinery Equipment

化工生产期间,受到复杂环境影响,使得机械设备始终面临腐蚀风险,严重缩短其生命周期。基于此,本文简述化工机械的腐蚀类型,并从内在与外部两个角度,分析发生腐蚀的原因。探讨常规的防腐方法,总结现有可用的防腐处理措施。以期给有关产业人员,提供理论参考。

During chemical production,due to the influence of complex environment,mechanical equipment is always faced with corrosion risk,which seriously shortens its life cycle.Based on this,this paper briefly describes the corrosion types of chemical machinery,and analyzes the causes of corrosion from the internal and external perspectives.The conventional anti-corrosion methods are discussed,and the available anti-corrosion treatment measures are summarized,in order to provide theoretical reference for relevant industry personnel.
