摘要
通过离子色谱仪(IC)和气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC/MS)分析注液前、预充后、化成后、高温老化后电解液组分的变化以及预充、化成产气成分,同时结合负极片表面X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)测试来研究化成后负极表面固体电解质界面膜(SEI膜)的组分变化和成膜均一性,为后续化成工艺的优化提供理论依据。
Ion chromatography(IC)and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS)were used to analyze the changes of electrolyte components before and after injection,after formation,and after high temperature aging,and the components of pre charge and formation of gas production.Meanwhile,the surface of solid electrolyte on the negative electrode surface was studied by combining X ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)with negative electrode surface.The composition change and film-forming uniformity of(SEI film)provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of subsequent formation process.
