摘要 郑州市某市政污水处理厂污泥低温干化焚烧项目建设运行,项目产生的焚烧烟气采用“SNCR脱硝+沉降室+烟气急冷+活性炭喷射+布袋除尘器+次氯酸钠脱硝除臭+碱法脱硫、脱酸+脱白除雾”工艺,处理排放达到《生活垃圾焚烧污染控制标准》(GB18485-2014)以及《郑州市环境污染防治攻坚战领导小组办公室关于修订生活垃级焚烧发电、医疗废物、危险废物焚烧处置等行业超低排放标准的通知》(以下简称“郑州市排放标准”)要求,试运行结果表明,此污泥干化焚烧烟气处理工艺技术可行,可以稳定达标。 The sludge low-temperature drying incineration project of a municipal sewage treatment plant in Zhengzhou is under construction and operation.The incineration flue gas produced by the project adopts the technology of“SNCR denitration+sedimentation chamber+flue gas quenching+activated carbon injection+bag filter+sodium hypochlorite denitration and deodorization+alkali desulfurization,deacidification+whitening and defogging”.The treatment and discharge shall meet the pollution control standard for domestic waste incineration(GB18485-2014)and the circular of the leading group office of Zhengzhou environmental pollution prevention and control on Revising the ultra-low emission standards for domestic waste incineration power generation,medical waste and hazardous waste incineration and disposal(hereinafter referred to as“Zhengzhou emission standard”).The test run results show that the sludge drying incineration flue gas treatment technology is feasible and can reach the standard stably.
