水泥裂纹修复用微胶囊的制备及其在预应力下的应用 被引量:2

摘要 水泥裂纹自愈合机制,本研究采用了乳液聚合方法,以环氧树脂为核材料,脲醛树脂为壳材料,制备了一种可修复水泥微裂纹的微胶囊粉末,通过微胶囊的分散性筛选出最佳配方。同时对产物进行了红外光谱、热重、扫描电镜等测试表征,应证了产品结构和形貌。将所制备微胶囊应用于40%预应力下的水泥材料中,7天后水泥材料强度基本复原,表明了微胶囊对水泥微裂纹优异的修复效果。 The self-healing mechanism of cement crack is studied.Emulsion polymerization is used in this study.Epoxy resin as the core material and urea formaldehyde resin as shell material are used to prepare a microencapsulated powder for repairing cement micro cracks.The best formula is screened out through the dispersibility of microcapsules.At the same time,the product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetry and scanning electron microscope,and the structure and morphology of the product were confirmed.The prepared microcapsules were applied to the cement material under 40%prestress,and the strength of the cement material basically recovered after 7 days,indicating the good repair effect of microcapsules on cement microcracks.
