摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,使用乙腈-水为流动相,C18不锈钢色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在波长200nm下,对被试物中联苯肼酯和乙螨唑同时进行分离和定量分析,该方法中联苯肼酯和乙螨唑线性相关系数分别为0.9998和0.9998;相对标准偏差0.63%和0.30%;平均回收率99.56%和99.76%。
A method was developed for the determination of 40%Bifenazate·Etoxazole SC by high-performance liquid chromatography on C18 column with avariable wave length UV detector,using acetonitrile and water as mobile phase.The results showed that the linear correlations for bifenazate and etoxazole were 0.9998 and 0.9998,the coefficients of variation were 0.63%and 0.30%,the average recoveries were 99.56%and 99.76%,respectively.
