摘要 本文针对高速公路交警巡逻需要警用无人机大范围远距离控制的需求,设计了一套基于多模式通信远程控制、RTK多点精准起降、视频AI交通事件识别和多机任务管理关键技术的警用无人机高速公路大范围巡逻系统。实现了高速公路自动巡逻、协助事故处理、喊话警示、违法抓拍等场景应用。以某市绕城高速公路施工路段建设系统示范应用,采用二台警用无人机、四处智能停机坪巡逻管控40km高速公路路段,验证了系统应用效果。 Aiming at the demand of highway traffic police patrol for large-scale remote control of police UAV, this paper designs a set of police UAV highway large-scale patrol system based on the key technologies of multi-mode communication remote control, RTK multi-point accurate take-off and landing, video AI traffic event recognition and multi machine task management. It realizes scene applications such as automatic patrol of expressway, assistance in accident handling, shouting and warning, illegal capture and so on. Based on the demonstration application of the construction system of the construction section of a ring expressway in a city, two police UAVs and four intelligent parking aprons are used to patrol and control the 40 km expressway section, and the application effect of the system is verified.
